So how do you become a Universal Bar VIP member?

Simply download, print, and fill in the above PDF form and bring it into the bar on your next visit, along with the $10 joining fee. Our friendly bar staff will then issue you with your VIP card on the spot!

You can also submit the form electronically, Deposit the $10 fee into our bank info which can be found on the bottom of the form. Ensure you name and VIP are included in the subject line for the deposit. Email your form to functions@universalbar.com.au and your card will arrive in the mail within the week! Its that easy!

Alternatively, ask our bar staff on your next visit and they will organise a form and card for you! Easy!
